उन्होंने वार्ड में प्राथमिक सुविधाओं के तहत विद्युत पोल, सड़क निर्माण और पेयजल आपूर्ति जैसी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं को सुदृढ़ किया है। इसके साथ ही, शासन स्तर से प्राप्त सभी योजनाओं का लाभ वार्डवासियों तक पहुंचाने में भी सक्रिय रहे हैं।
2025 के चुनाव को देखते हुए उन्होंने वार्ड के विकास और जनता की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए अपना संकल्प पत्र जारी किया है। इसमें मुख्य रूप से घर-घर नल जल आपूर्ति, प्रत्येक मोहल्ले की सफाई, सभी कुओं का रखरखाव, क्रियाक्रम स्थल का पुनर्निर्माण, मुक्तिधाम में लकड़ी की उपलब्धता, जरूरतमंदों को प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना का लाभ, जल निकासी व्यवस्था, सड़क निर्माण, सौंदर्यीकरण के तहत नाली, मुक्तिधाम रिटेनिंग वॉल, दुर्गा पंडाल और जयस्तंभ चौक के विकास जैसे कार्यों को प्राथमिकता दी गई है।
